I had an amazing time at this hotel, with every staff member showing exceptional hospitality and friendliness that made my stay truly special. The amenities and services offered, especially at the spa and dining areas, were outstanding, enhancing the experience. However, the room I stayed in was nice but didn't quite meet my expectations for a Ritz-Carlton property, and the shuttle service to Disney could use some improvement in terms of timing.

We had a lovely long weekend at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes, especially with our baby. The ability to stay poolside with a pack and play was a real bonus. Our server Jude made sure we were comfortable during our pool time. However, the lunch took a bit longer than expected, and the hard-sell approach during check-in was a little off-putting. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a relaxing getaway.
